The British Caving Association AGM is being held by Zoom (as it was last year) on 10th October 2021.
BCA is not able to circulate all its members directly by email because of the large numbers involved.
The number of participants at the AGM will be limited by the Zoom system to a maximum of 100 so anyone wanting to actually participate has to sign up beforehand. Sign-ups close at 10.30am on Friday 8th October. The AGM will also be streamed but those watching the streaming will not be able to interact or vote at the meeting – though they will, of course, be included in any ballot afterwards. The online ballot will be open from 23.59 on 11th October and will close at 23.59 on Sunday 24th October.
