As already reported numerous and severe recent floods have resulted in changes at Goyden Pot.

The Black Sheep Diggers have visited the site and report that a large block and two smaller blocks have fallen at the entrance but say there are no obvious signs of further loose material likely to fall.

They also report that the rift below First Window has more water coming from it (reported elsewhere as a large inlet) which is believed to be coming from Manchester Hole Sump 2 which has been blocked for some time.

Obviously the message is clear – keep your eyes open if you are planning a visit and if you notice any changes here or elsewhere please let us know.
