BCA AGM details and your chance to stand as a group representative on Council

The BCA AGM is taking place on Sunday 11th October from 10.30 am on Zoom.

The details of how to register to attend and speak can be found on the BCA website.

In addition, the AGM will be livestreamed on the BCA Facebook page and anyone can watch this. However, if you would like to speak at the AGM you will need to register in advance as places are limited to 100 due to the practicalities of running a large meeting online. All voting will take place electronically after the meeting, so do make sure the Membership Secretary has your up to date details.

There are two group representative places open to nominations and applications are invited which should be submitted to the Secretary with a proposer and second, together with a supporting statement of no more than 300 words to be received by midnight Wednesday 30th September. This is your chance to stand for a place on BCA council! Please let your club members know that nominations are open in this category and that these are being actively encouraged. With meetings being held by Zoom for the foreseeable future, there will be no need for travelling.
